My other comment (https://w3id.org/np/RAqz9iOB9hMkNmH9m6e2FvbZRrLgb9aMBfKSklMVh9LrM) regarding the "trophically interacts with" relation also applies to the other nanopublications of the same manuscript. This doesn't necessarily require an action, as it's well modeled as is, given the available terms. But it might be worth considering modeling a new sub-relation, and possibly talking to the developers of the RO vocabulary about this.
